One life.
Many roles.
A practice of becoming.
I am a player, a coach, a father, a husband, a man of faith, an entrepreneur, an executive and an author. Across those roles, I keep returning to the same question: who am I becoming—and how does that shape the way I show up for others?
AI-created portraits and illustrative settings. These images express Robert’s philosophy; they do not document specific events.

Prepare for the next possession.
As a player, I value preparation and the willingness to be coached. Talent gives us something to work with; repetition gives us something to rely on. I want to bring that same intention to life: know my role, learn from the last attempt and be ready for the next one.

See the person. Raise the standard.
Coaching begins with paying attention. I want to understand the person in front of me, recognize what is possible and help turn that possibility into practice. Encouragement and accountability belong together. My aim is to help people think clearly, take ownership and keep growing when the work becomes uncomfortable.

Be present for what matters.
Fatherhood brings leadership close to home. I want my example to support what I say, and my presence to matter in the everyday moments. Listening, patience and consistency are practices I want to keep developing. Becoming a better father is part of becoming a better man.
Choose partnership, every day.
As a husband, I believe a strong partnership asks for attention, honesty and room for both people to grow. Listening is work worth doing. So is taking responsibility for how I communicate and showing care through ordinary choices. Commitment is something I want to practice, not simply describe.

Let belief become action.
Faith is part of how I reflect on purpose, responsibility and service. It calls me to humility: to listen, examine my choices and consider how I can be useful to others. I want what I believe to be visible in how I treat people. I welcome thoughtful conversation with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.

Build something useful.
Entrepreneurship asks me to connect possibility with responsibility. An idea becomes meaningful when it serves a real need. I value curiosity, honest feedback and the discipline to keep improving. The question is not only what I can build, but how the work can create value for the people it touches.

Create clarity. Develop people.
My perspective connects more than twenty years across technology, business, operations and leadership. As an executive, I value clear decisions, communication people can trust and systems that help good work happen. Leadership also means creating room for others to learn, contribute and take responsibility.

Our Love Is Intentional
We don't call ourselves a power couple.
We are an intentional couple who believe in Altruistic Growth — and that is what makes us powerful.

She inspired my voice.
Denise inspired me to share my voice with the world.
In many ways, the work you're discovering here exists because the person closest to me encouraged me to stop keeping so much of what I had learned inside.
An ode to our love.
Together, we created MickSauce as an ode to our love and to the kind of love we want to share with the world.
Not perfect love.
Intentional love.
The kind that asks two people to continue becoming more whole while still choosing to pour into one another.

Love that leads beyond us.
We believe love should help you grow without asking you to disappear.
It should challenge you without diminishing you.
Support you without carrying what belongs to you.
And remind you that becoming a better version of yourself does not only change you.
It changes the way you love.
The way you parent.
The way you lead.
The way you show up for friends.
The way you serve a community.
We are not perfect people who found perfect love. We are two people choosing to love intentionally while becoming more whole.
We came together in love.
And every day since, we have been learning what it means to become more intentional with it.
That is Altruistic Growth.
And that is the love story behind MickSauce.
